Kevin Roper was arrested and charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto yesterday. He was released on $50k bond.
Kevin fell asleep at the wheel on the New Jersey turn pike around 1 am Saturday morning and slammed into the back of Tracy Morgan's limo bus as Tracy and his entourage were returning from a tour date in Delaware.
James 'Jimmy Mack' McNair, a passenger on Tracy Morgan's limo bus, was pronounced dead at the scene. Tracy and two other passengers on the limo bus remain in critical condition.
