According to TMZ R Kelly's former manager Derrel McDavid, is suing R Kelly for $1 million claiming the singer reneged on his severance package.
Derrel was supposed to receive $1.3 million but an initial payment of $300k he never got another cent.
Derrell is suing for the remaining $1 million.
