While Beans' lawyer insists he was not the intended target, the rapper's family has been less than forthcoming in helping out with the police investigation…
Sources tell Page Six Beans brother-in-law, who was also injured in the melee but not shot, has been staying tight lipped as is the rest of the family.
Beans remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition.
