On the last season of Basketball Wives LA Draya and Malaysia jumped Sundy after she referred to Draya's son using a gay slur [click here if you missed that].
Well according to TMZ Sundy has decided to press charges against Draya and Malaysia claiming she has permanent eye damage and suffers from blurred vision because of the attack.
The problem is the incident happened in 2013 and the statute of limitations has run out.
Sundy still has time to file a civil case.
