Last week T-Pain held a listening party for his new mixtape Iron Way and talked about the criticism he received for using unreleased Aaliyah vocals for a track called Girlfriends.
Explaining the backlash T-Pain likened the situation to 'an a**h**e dying but everybody going to the funeral saying they were the greatest man ever...
Needless to say the analogy didn't go over well with Aaliyah fans but T-Pain assures there was no shade intended.
