In court docs leaked to TMZ Damon Dash asks for full custody of his 6-year-old daughter Tallulah and and 15-year-old daughter Ava claiming Rachel drives drunk with the girls in the car, verbally abuses him in front of their daughters and has gotten into physical fights with Ava where mother and daughter exchanged the B-word.
Dame also claims Rachel has pulled a knife on him, hurled dishes at his head and stolen tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry and luggage from him and has his banned from his daughter's posh private school in LA.
