Murda Inc record label boss Irv Gotti famously dubbed Karrine Steffans 'Superhead' back when she was the go-to groupie of the music industry.
It all started when Vibe magazine editor Datwon Thomas posted video of Karrine's son playing the guitar on Instagram. Irv commented on the post referring to Karrine as Superhead and then everything went left.
