Yesterday news leaked that Houston Rockets Dwight Howard was being sued by one of his secret baby mamas for reneging on their out of court settlement for child support [click here if you missed that].

According to TMZ Dwight Howard agreed to pay Tiffany Renner $10k a month for child support for their 4-year-old daughter Layla.
Apparently Dwight has only been paying $5k a month since January and now Tiffany wants what she would have received had she gone to court and had the amount set by the judge based on Dwight's $27 million a year salary.
