According to The Jasmine Brand Tiffany Render filed court documents on May 12th in Orlando, Fl asking that Dwight Howard be legally recognized as her 5-year-old daughter Layla's father.
Based on the docs it would appear Dwight has not been holding up his end of a previously reached out of court settlement.
