Last week Bobbi Kristina Brown's court appointed guardian filed a civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon accusing him of physically abusing Bobbi Kristina and stealing money from her bank account while she is in the hospital [click here if you missed that].
Now family friends say Nick Gordon believes he is being used as a scapegoat for Bobbi Kristina's condition…
The family friend tells People Magazine
"He feels – and we all feel – like Nick has been a scapegoat in this case. It's scary for him, because he hasn't done anything wrong. He is completely innocent."
"He has always cooperated with police, and he has nothing to hide. Anyone who looks at the facts would see that."
