Rapper Rick Ross will spend nearly a week in jail after being denied bond on assault, battery and kidnapping charges…

Yesterday Rick Ross, 39, and his bodyguard, Nadrian James, 42, were denied bond in Fayette County GA for allegedly pistol whipping a worker at Ross' home, the 238 acre former Evander Holyfield estate.

According to the warrants on June 7 Rick Ross hit the victim repeatedly about the face and body with a 9mm Glock handgun, chipping the victim's teeth and injuring his jaw so severely that the victim has been placed on a liquid diet because he cannot chew food.

The warrants also state Rick and Nadrian forced the victim into the guest house and interrogated him at gun point. It is not clear what set off the incident.

Rick Ross was formally charged on Wednesday with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping and Nadrian James was charged with aggravated battery and kidnapping.

Rick and Nadrian will remain at the Fayette County jail until their next court hearing July 1.
