According to TMZ Chris Brown filed legal docs to establish paternity of his daughter Royalty because her mother, Nia Guzman, has been denying him visitation and demanding $15k a month in child support.
Chris wants a judge to set a formal child support order and visitation. He is currently paying $2,500 a month.
After the reports when viral, however, Nia claimed it was not true via Insatagram.
