Last month Sean Diddy Combs was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault and making terroristic threats after he confronted his son Justin's football coach at UCLA [click here if you missed that].
Looks like Diddy is off the hook…
According to TMZ the L.A. County D.A. rejected the felony case against Diddy for lack of evidence and referred it to L.A. City Attorney.
Now its up to the City Attorney to decide if they want to pursue a misdemeanor case. A decision is expected next week.
