Radar Online got their hands on Amiyah's rap sheet and she's been arrested for felony theft by receiving a stolen vehicle, forgery in the first degree for using stolen checks to purchase a Yorkshire Terrier plus two other similar cases of dog theft.
Amiyah has also been accused of battery and making terroristic threats by a neighbor.
