According to The Hollywood Reporter Sean Penn is suing Lee Daniels claiming Lee slandered him to promote his hit TV series Empire and calls Lee's assertion that he and Terrence Howard are no different “egregious on several levels.”
Terrence Howard has been arrested multiple times on domestic violence charges, while Sean's criminal record consists mainly of assaulting paparazzi and that one time he tied his then wife Madonna to a chair for several hours.
Sean Penn is seeking $10 million in damages.
