According to reports Rapper Wiz Khalifa was in town to perform at Pitt's Midnight Madness basketball season kickoff Friday night when he was caught behind The Flats bar at 3am taking a piss.
Wiz was given a ticket for the infraction and later posted a picture on Instagram mocking the incident.
