Last year former supermodel Janice Dickenson came forward with claims she had been drugged and raped by comedian Bill Cosby back in 1982 [click here if you missed that].
Now Bill and Janice will face off in court…
Though many women came forward with similar claims Janice's was one of the few Cosby addressed and denied [click here if you missed that].
Following his denials Janice filed a defamation of character lawsuit against Bill Cosby and yesterday a judge ordered the embattled comedian to sit for a deposition.
The depo must happen no later than November 25.
