Earlier this year Lupita Nyong'o fans were ecstatic after the Academy Award winning actress was cast in the latest Star Wars movie 'The Force Awakens [click here if you missed that].'
Apparently things haven't gone quite as planned…
According to reports many of Lupita's Star Wars scenes ended up on the cutting room floor because the director was totally unimpressed by her performance.
Set siders whisper after watching rough cuts from the film the director ordered much of Luptia's dialogue be re-recorded but eventually gave up and cut most of her scenes from the movie entirely.
