Last year employees of rapper T.I.'s defunct Atlanta restaurant Scales 925 sued the rapper over unpaid wages and overtime [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Tip still hasn't paid up...
According to reports a default judgment of $27,486, plus $7,000 in attorney fees was awarded to the plaintiffs but they still haven't been paid.
Now a new motion has been filed asking the court to hold T.I. personally responsible for the debt since the LLC for restaurant has been dissolved.
