Back in September Spice Girl Mel B's second divorce took a nasty turn after her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, entered a sex tape into evidence to combat claims he forced Mel into having group sex [click here if you missed that].
Thankfully Stephen has agreed to destroy the tapes...
According to reports Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have agreed to settle their divorce on several conditions:
Stephen has agreed to destroy any sex tapes with Mel B in them.
Mel agrees to pay Stephen an undisclosed amount in alimony for the next three years.
Stephen is granted joint legal custody of their daughter but neither has to pay child support.
Stephen is allowed into the family home to retrieve his belongings and the house must be sold and the profits divvied up.
