Was Tyrese Right About Four Brothers Sequel?

Last week Tyrese Gibson announced the sequel to Four Brothers had been 'green lit' and that the news was all over the Internet even though it wasn't [click here if you missed that].

Did Tyrese spill some insider tea...?

Sure sounds like it.

From Hip Hollywood
We did some digging and found out that Lorenzo di Bonaventura, who produced Four Brothers has a project in development called Five Brothers. The writers listed are David Elliott and Paul Levitt, who also wrote the original.
Bonaventura has also produced several films with Mark Wahlberg who starred in the John Singleton directed flick alongside Gibson, Andre 3000, Garrett Hedlund, and Sofia Vergara.
His production company told us they “can’t comment at this time.”
Fun Fact: This week Tyrese Gibson appeared on two different radio shows in Atlanta claiming he recently lost acting jobs because of abuse allegations leveled against him by his ex-wife Norma.

Yet he's had several acting Jobs since his divorce. You are the reason your work has dried up. You and your big mouth on social media. Talking reckless about The Rock was your nail in the coffin. Social media turned me ALL the way off from you. I turn the radio if I hear your voice and the only way I'll support a movie of interest your in is if it's on fire stick. Fuck you and all your bullshit rants.

Well, hopefully if 5 Brothers is in the works he will have a role in it.

He needs a win desperately at this point.

As much as it pains me to say this I gotta be honest, I actually enjoy Tyrese's work. He's a fairly decent actor who is extremely entertaining on the screen. But, Imma need him to polish up his act. All this reckless speech and badmouthing his colleagues is not a good look. Diplomacy is his bestfriend and he needs to learn some. Like I said before, I would love to see him on the new CBS show "Swat" with Shemar. Of course Shemar's the lead but Tyrese could join as a supporting cast member and he would also need to tone down his behavior & be professional. They already have MC Lyte and Tyrese would just sweeten the deal. He needs to get his shit together, get some therapy, get a mentor but get something that will help heal these wounds, so he can get back to work. And for goodness sake, STFU!!!! It's becoming embarrassing for those who are trying to hang in there for him. He just babbles about bullshit, just to hear himself speak. Be quiet Tyrese and get to work.

Blech; please go away. I even saw him standing on the podium last night with Atlanta's new mayor-elect Keshia Lance-Bottoms. All I was thinking was, "WTF is he doing there" and "Damn, the new mayor ought to keep better company, cause that ninja is a boat load of mess right now."

But he didn't lose acting jobs because he was publicly stalking The Rock?

Tyrese is not losing jobs because of his ex- wife. He is losing them because of his ego and probably other things we the public has no idea about. I used to be a fan , but I am so sick of his nonsense. She may be lying about some things, but so is he.
