Back in April Cardi B's former manager Klenord 'Shaft' Raphael slapped Cardi with a $10 million breach of contract lawsuit after she cut him loose [click here if you missed that].
Now Cardi is countersuing...
In a countersuit filed on Thursday Cardi accuses Shaft of taking a 20% commission for managing her and then trying to take 50% of her publishing deal with Sony. Cardi also claims Shaft tried to keep her from dating Offset.
Cardi is seeking $15 million in her countersuit.
