Tha Carter V Finally Gets a Release Date

Back in June rapper Lil Wayne settled the lawsuit against his parent label Cash Money Records after accusing them of withholding his advance and refusing to release his album Tha Carter 5 [click here if you missed that].

Now C5 has a release date...

According to reports Weezy's long awaited album Tha Carter V is set to drop September 21.

I doubt it would even achieve half the sales of his previous album, but nonetheless, he can finally release his final project and retire comfortably.

At one time, Wayne was almost like Bey. Seemed like he never took a break and wouldn't let us miss him. Know he's been having some issues with the label as well. Whatever the case, it's time to reappear. Hope it's hot.

This must be an old picture, the recent pictures of him with the blond struggle dreads, looking casket ready is just tragic. He needs to retire and go into rehab, I doubt that will help though, the amount of drugs, lean and god only knows what else he's consumed, he's probably a walking dead zombie at this point.

Yet another delinquent pushing a very obvious sinister agenda. Black Americans when will you ever get tired of the bullsh!t and demand better? (better music, better schools, better jobs etc)

You know let me be frank. I love trap beats. There, I said it.
