Last year pop star Usher Raymond filed to dismiss a civil lawsuit filed against him by Laura Helm arguing she assumed the risk of catching an STD by having casual sex with him [click here if you missed that].
The judge disagrees...
According to reports an Atlanta judge has denied Usher's request for dismissal after Helm successfully argued in her complaint that he caused her illness.
The case can now go to trial.
