Chance the Rapper Linked to R Kelly Pee Tape

Last week Chance the Rapper came under fire after admitting he didn't believe the stories about R. Kelly abusing women, mainly because they were being told by Black women and girls [click here if you missed that].

Now Chance is being called out for his close ties to the 14-year-old girl in R. Kelly's infamous pee tape...

Apparently Chance's drummer, Greg Lanfair Jr., is also R&B singer Sparkle's nephew and the younger brother of the then 14-year-old girl in the video.

They all crazy; Kelz, his band member Greg, his wife Val, Kelz ex Andrea....I feel sorry for their daughter Reshonda because she grew up in this sadistic, money grubbing circle. Sad, all the way around

Everybody in the industry is connected. I don’t know why people act like they don’t know

Makes sense why this piece of shit didn't believe the accusers because they were black females. He's an enabler. Surprise, surprise.

I stopped giving a fuck about Chance when he had the nerve to say he didn't believe the stories because they were being told by black and brown girls (basically). On almost all of his songs he's low key worshipping God and Jesus. He can sing/rap these lyrics but turn a blind eye to sexual abuse in his own culture. Fuck him.

It is such a good thing that so many people don't have jobs so they can play private detective and figure out everything we need to know! Can someone please research how much longer the earth (which is a star) will exist before it disappears? Thanks ;)

Haven't you all wondered why Aaliyah's family never pressed charges against R. Kelly for statutory rape, illegally marrying a minor, getting her pregnant and giving her an STD?

From that I've read online the owner of Background Records who signed both Aaliyah and R. Kelly is Aaliyah's uncle. Supposedly Aaliyah's family owns the rights to most of R. Kelly's music, so he was worth more to them working than in prison for assaulting their daughter. The uncle is Barry Hankerson.

This post is total bullshit. You can't hire the relative of crime victims? What's Chance supposed to do exactly? Bringing him into this is a stretch.

10:09 AM What are you talking about? I can't find any story supporting this.

@3:01 That's exactly what I've been saying!!!!! So you took the initial money not to testify or have your daughter testify. I can't say I get it, but I will say is I guess I can somewhat comprehend (not really) but what's done is done. But at the end of the day, you saw the video. You saw what he did to your underage daughter. How do you tell her that what was done to her was ok and you all are still all cool with dude? Now, THAT, I don't get and will nevere.

@8:22 she's not considered a crime victim because R. Kelly was not convicted, the family (other than Sparkle and another Sister in Law) wouldn't testify that the young girl was their family member. However, people unrelated to the family...best friend, basketball coach and others that new her did testify. I don't blame Chance so much but if he said those things. I think he should have refrained from comments about the black and brown girls.
