Tidal Facing Criminal Investigation

Last year Jay Z's music streaming service Tidal was accused of inflating streaming numbers for some of their most popular artists [click here if you missed that].

Now a criminal investigation has been launched...

From Variety
Norway’s authority for investigation of economic and environmental crimes (Økokrim) has launched an investigation into claims that Tidal has falsified streaming numbers, the Norwegian publication Dagens Næringsliv (via Music Business Worldwide) reported this morning. Last year, the paper, which has aggressively investigated Tidal, accused the company of intentionally falsifying streaming numbers for Beyonce’s “Lemonade” and Kanye West’s Life of Pablo.

So is this because TIDAL was purchased outside the Usa? Because this is apart of the business

As they should. They are not above the law I'm sick of seeing Beyonce and hearing about Kanye. They both need to go somewhere and raise their kids.
