Philadelphia Bans R. Kelly

The Philadelphia City Council passes a resolution to ban R. Kelly...

Last week the Philadelphia City County voted unanimously to ban the singer from the city as part of the "Mute R. Kelly" movement.

how you going to ban somebody at from a city but not ban somebody like Harvey Weinstein and Brian Singer and Scott disick who pray upon women when their old ass meant.
What about Woody Allen married his adoptive daughter hmmmmmmmm. how about you band Roman Polanski because he's been directing movies for the last 30 years after he slept with a twelve-year-old and raped her...but he's an Oscar nominee???

I'm waiiting for them to ban Charlie Sheen, Woody Allen, Molester Moonves, Bryan Singer, Louis CK, Harvey Weinstein, Andy Dick, Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, Tom Sizemore, Matt Lauer, Steven Segal, Sylvester Stallone, Charlie Rose, Roy Moore, Adam Venit, Brett Ratner, Mark Halperin, Roy Price, Chris Savino, James Toback, Jon Grissom, Ethan Kath, Jeffrey Tambor, I'll wait for the city county to ban all these sexual predators. But I know they won't because they all have the same thing in common they're white.

If they REALLY wanted to do something, they would go to toughen laws that protect our youth and severely punish sickos that go after little kids. But my bad that actually means really changing things in LAW. We as a people are happy with social media civil justice shit like what Philly just pulled. Fucking sad

1:39 and 1:43 do you even read the news? Weinstein was charged last year, released on half a million dollars bail, cant leave the state and has to wear an ankle monitor. Kevin Spacey was charged with sexual assault in December. Roman Polanski fled the US like 30 years ago and has never been allowed back. Do some research geez.

Wait, if cities can ban singers who committed crimes in other states, but are not convicted felons, can cities ban other types of criminals as well? If so, why do cities let gangbangers or actual felons from other states move to their cities when they can just ban them? For instance, a lot of Chicago and Milwaukee trash moves down south with criminal records spreading crime. Why aren't they just banned? I didn't know it was constitutional...Anyone know? If cities can ban trash then why don't they?
