R Kelly Accused of Rigging His Trial

Back in 2008 Grammy Award winning singer / songwriter R. Kelly was acquitted on child pornography charges after the jury claimed they could not determine the age of the girl in his sex tape [click here if you missed that].

New reports claim the trial was rigged from the start...

^^^ That too, but something keep the folks that knew what was going on quiet. Kelz and his gang affiliated homies. He didn't need to pay everybody off.

The girls father testified on behalf of R Kelly Saying it wasn't his daughter even though several witnesses testified that it was her. Of course he paid the families off. R Kelly is going to get what's coming to him. Whether it's 3 years from now or 30 years from now....

I hate to bring her up but where is Drea's lying crying ass? Haven't heard from her in a minute. Has the truth caught up to her yet?

I didn't say that it made it OK. I simply said the mafia did as well.

The documentary said it. When they got to trial for Sparkles niece, everyone claimed that it didnt' happen. If the intended victim states nothing happened, then there are no charges. And she said it, that her nieces family continued to work with R. Kelly. If there is no one claiming damages, then there is not case.

Aaliyah's uncle owned the record label he was signed to. That's why her parents didn't press charges. Her parents exchanged the legal actions for the rights to his catalog and some of his royalties. Later on the company was sold to Sony Records.

The reason the parents are so protective of Aaliyah's reputation post mortem vs when she was alive is because:
1. They didn't want the scandal to damage her name.
2. They didn't want R. Kelly to go to jail because he'd be unable to work with her and make money.
3. They traded their daughter to R. Kelly for money & fame.
4. If her post mortem reputation is ruined, the royalties are too.

Why else wouldn't the parents of a 15 year old girl who illegally married a grown man, was a victim of statutory rape and a federal kidnapping victim taken across state lines for the purposes of sex, impregnated by the grown man and given an STD not file charges and convict? Think about the trail of lies and deceit. Aaliyah was a pass around who traded open legs for lyrics.
