R. Kelly Says Parents 'Sold Him' Their Daughters

R. Kelly tells Gayle King his girlfriend's, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary's, parents handed their daughters them over to him and only got upset after they were no longer getting paid...

From Page Six
He’s long been accused of holding some of the women hostage in his home as part of a sex cult.
But Kelly insisted he was in a relationship with the women, Jocelyn Savage and Azriel Clary.
“What kind of love is it that keeps these young women away from their families?” asked King.
“What kind of father, what kind of mother would sell their daughter to a man?” he countered.
“So you’re saying the parents handed their daughters, Azriel and Jocelyn, to you?” King asked. “Is that what you’re saying?”
He replied, “Absolutely.”

WTF??????? Why is he free right now?

So, he's admitting he had sex with underage girls? Are the parent's going to be prosecuted?

Just like the parents bringing their children to sleep with a grown man i.e. Michael Jackson. I blame the parents!!!! Put a crack pipe in front of a crackhead loaded with crack what do you think will happen?? !

I believe some of the parents handed their children over to Kelly and to Jackson, but that doesn't excuse Kelly nor Jackson's behavior. And shame on the record companies who continued to make money off both artists while knowing they were abusing underaged people.

both girls were 17 and 19 at the time. Not even RKelly fans, the damn parents were. I'm sure they were star struck. The girls were immature, but they were at the stage where they know what time it is too. Kelly is a despicable being, but I'm sorry, I'm siding with him on this go round only. both sets of parents are wrong as fuck. Although it would be too much like right, but Robert should have rejected these people. But he thinks with the wrong head. This time... and I mean this time only, where is the lie tho? Parents are guilty too.

So Robert is admitting that he engaged in the human trafficking of minors?

Only honest thing he said throughout the whole interview.

@12:51 Damn! It really just hit me that these young ladies probably had no clue who R Kelly was if it weren't for their parents. SMH that's wild.

1:27 I mean, the girls probably know of him. But their folks look to be my age.. 40's..damn near 50? Not quite tho??
That's why I say the parents are more so fans than the girls. They are the one's that grew up on his music, not the kids.

The parents are just as much at fault as R Kelly.

Yeah, burn Kelly burn. No denying that. What I'm tripping off of is that white woman's shock and disgust, as if she's never heard of such a thing. These white people kill me. I'm not one to jump on no where the Weinstein outrage bandwagon but they be doing too much. They did the same thing with Cosby. I see it now!

@1:33 He said that himself in the interview.

R in NYC says:

I'm shocked his lawyer allowed him to give this interview. He's giving them more evidence to use against him.

2:43, exactly.

R. Kelly just admitted to participating in human trafficking.

In his pitiful attempt to throw the wicked parents of the underaged girls under the bus, R. Kelly just incriminated himself in this interview.

I bet Michael Avenatti is in heaven right now, and in disbelief that R-Ruh is this stupid.

Lifetime really missed an opportunity to do a TV drama off of this mess. The documentary was one thing but the series is going to be a whole nother.

I mean he's not lying. Those parents are despicable however it's still sickening that he's attracted to minors. Either way he's incriminating himself with this interview.

5:00, give it time!! I see BET or Lifetime writers sitting in a room right now writing all of this down!

Long gone are the glory days for BET. But I know one thing, they have the documentaries on lock down right now. From the ones I've viewed, BET have knocked them out the park.

The parents should be held accountable to so criminal degree!

I said Kelly was stupid to grant this interview to Gayle - he has now practically sent himself to jail for a long time. The time he could have used to educate and refine himself , he spent it doing nonsense with underage girls. Lock the imbecile up.
