Last month Nipsey Hussle's sister filed for legal guardianship of his daughter Emani, despite objections from the child's mother [click here if you missed that].
Emani will stay with her aunt for now...
According to reports a judge ruled today that Emani will stay with her aunt Samantha Smith until the next hearing in July.
Emani's mother, Tanisha Foster, was upset by the verdict and vows to keep fighting for custody of her daughter. In the meantime a visitation schedule is being worked out.
