Good for him, I guess. Nice to see a black boy do something other than mumble rap, gangster rap, or fuckboy R&B. Him, Janelle Monae, FKA Twigs and SZA are opening the doors back up for alternative black artists so Fefe Dobson, Angel Haze, and Santigold need to strike the iron while it's hot and make their comebacks.

Yes even Sole is coming with some nice goddess lyrics of empowerment, there is a group on Youtube Oshun blessings on blessings, Sa Rock and so many others, coming with some real conscious thought provoking lyrics. Tired of this ratchet ass era of music about rampant promiscuity, drugs, murder, rape and all manner of low vibrating fuckery. Enough already time to shift this frequency for real!!!

I bet nobody in the country music industry saw this coming. I only hope this youngin' doesn't squander his wealth. Just goes to show, He who laughs last, laughs best.

The country music industry is just waiting for this to be over because they know it's unlikely he'll follow this with a 2nd hit.

And it will be all over if he ever comes out of the closet.

This song is so simple. Simplicity wins everytime.

I have to admit it grew on me. I can see why it's popular. Good for him with his little cute self. Love to see good brothers doing well.
