Toni Braxton Testifies Against Ring Thief

Last year R&B singer Toni Braxton revealed her diamond engagement ring had been stolen from her travel bag after she left it behind on a Delta flight [click here if you missed that].

This week Toni was in court testifying against a Delta worker accused of stealing her jewels...

From TMZ
A guy who works for an airplane cleaning service is on trial for allegedly rifling through a piece of carry-on luggage she forgot after landing in L.A. We're told three other employees from the cleaning service say they were on the Delta jet and saw the defendant pilfer Toni's $1 million engagement ring, 4 super expensive watches -- including 2 Rolex's and a Cartier -- and 2 pairs of vintage earrings. The grand total of the theft -- $2.5 MILLION.

I would like to know what she was under the influence when she left her carryon with that much expensive jewelry in it? I double and triple check my seat and overhead b4 disembarking from a flight for my inexpensive items I've carried on to the plane.

What was going on with Toni?

I remember when Lil Kim's camp checked in her jewelry bag mistakenly at JFK and the luggage crew stole the WHOLE bag. They (the police) found those idiots in Queens, NY quick and got ALL Lil Kim's jewelry back.

Lots of carelessness with such expensive items and I just dont understand it. Lol.

She's either stupid or got money to burn. Not buying that Lupus excuse. All that jewelry could've easily fit into the same sized purse she took to court. And that same purse could've easily sat on her lap or under her seat. And even if she did have to put in the overhead, why not put it in an anti-theft bag with a good lock and tracker? They're on Amazon.

If you can afford to walk around with $2mil in jewelry but can't spend $200 to protect it or just use plain common sense, you deserve to lose it.
