Bobby Brown Loses War Against Whitney Houston Doc

Last year Bobby Brown filed a lawsuit against The BBC and Showtime for using his image without permission for the Whitney Houston documentary, "Can I Be Me [click here if you missed that]."

The case has been tossed out...

According to reports the case was dismissed on Friday after a judge ruled the documentary is protected under the defendants First Amendment rights.

Bobby may still be able to sue BBC and Showtime for using clips from his reality show, "Being Bobby Brown," without permission.

Well there is always the seasoning rub he is hawking.. And,,, the five other people who havent heard him sing Roni enough times. That outta keep his pockets straight. If they show him beating, spitting and breaking Whitney jaw they still would not be wrong.

@11:03 Breaking Whitney's jaw? When did this happen? When did the beatings occur? I heard about the spitting and the slap, but jaw breaking is new to me.

@1:32 Nippy told the story on Oprah about spitting in her face and she beat his ass with the cordless until he was bleeding while Bobbi K was walking in on it. She also said he slapped her once. If there was any other type of fights they kept them to themselves.

So it was okay for his ugly ass wife to spread disparaging information about Whitney in that raggedy ass movie of his but he wants to have a fit when this movie did the same to him. The hypocrisy!
