Dennis McKinley Facing Disorderly Conduct Charges?

This week Real Housewives of Atlanta's Porsha Williams' baby daddy, Dennis McKinley, accused Emory University Hospital of racial profiling after they handcuffed him and falsely accused him of stealing a $4 sandwich [click here if you missed that].

Now Emory is trying to accuse Dennis of disorderly conduct...

According to Dennis' lawyer, Eva Marcille's husband Michael Sterling, Emory is staging a cover-up and trying to put the blame on Dennis.

After falsely accusing my client, Dennis McKinley, a millionaire business owner, of stealing a $4 sandwich, and after the failed response to this shameful episode, @emorypolice are currently working behind the scenes to try and charge Dennis with disorderly conduct because they are upset with the news coverage, they want to cover up for Officer Beth Walsh’s unlawful conduct, and they hate that Dennis and others are standing up to them. We have heard from so many people about how poorly they have endured similar treatment at the hands of Emory. This is a pattern of conduct that goes unchecked. So, 5 days later they are trying to manufacture disorderly charges to justify Beth Walsh’s unlawful detention of Dennis. Everyone knows I like to handle my battles in the court room. But, let me just say publicly to Emory @emoryuniversity, you really are just compounding on this awful and shameful incident and we will not stand for this. Your lawyer gave you bad advice. #dennismckinley #sterlingsays #dreyersterling

It seems like his lawyer would have done a press conference instead of using Instagram. That would have been more effective and professional.

@ R in NYC. I agree. Having a news conference was the best way to go, so I saw this as a a missed opportunity, but it's not too late. Television is still your friend people!

OAN: I couldn't help but to chuckle at a Black man telling white folks "Your attorney gave you bad advice".

The attorney shade is real out in these false arrest streets, cosign with the posters on getting on that press conference circuit. Emory know they need to pay that man instead of those bogus ass police, trying to come up with false claims, add another defamation to that suit, foh with that angry black man disorderly arrest nonsense. You got caught being racist assholes and you will deal!!
