Now Nicki is being accused of refusing to cooperate with the case...

According to reports Tracy Chapman's legal team has filed for an extension in the case after accusing Nicki of refusing to turn over text messages between herself and Funk Master Flex.

Nicki is requesting the case be thrown out on the grounds of Fair Use and claims Champman herself doesn't own the copyright to her music.

The case is ongoing.
