Earlier this year professional basketball player Dwight Howard filed a $10 million defamation of character lawsuit against openly gay author Masin Elijé after Masin claimed Dwight had been harassing and stalking him for refusing to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding their alleged secret relationship [click here if you missed that].
Now Masin has stopped showing up for court...
According to reports Dwight Howard's legal team recently filed for a summary judgement because Masin NEVER provided a shred of evidence to support his claims and has stopped cooperating with the court proceedings.
The ruling is pending.
