Last week rapper Kodak Black was sentenced to 46 months in prison for lying on his gun application [click here if you missed that].
Now Kodak is hoping to spend part of his sentence in rehab...
According to reports Kodak's attorney has requested he be sent to a 500 hour Residential Drug Abuse Program.
If accepted Kodak could have as much as 12 months cut from his sentence.
The ruling is pending.
