Aaliyah Music Coming to Streaming Services

For years the only album from the late R&B singer Aaliyah available for streaming was her debut album produced by R. Kelly, 'Age Ain't Nothing But a Number.'

The wait is almost over...

According to a Tweet from Aaliyah's uncle, Blackground Records owner Barry Hankerson, the beloved singer's music will been available for streaming January 6, 2020.

Yaaaaasss!! Babygirl will finally get her well deserved shine! I won’t have to keep playing her Aaliyah album on YouTube to listen to her. This is beautiful!

@8:12 it is true. There’s only one album of hers from 1994 and that’s Age Ain’t nothing but a number. The other songs on Spotify are just early singles but none of her latter work. Her best work to me is her last 2 albums and they are NOT on Spotify at all. BLOOP!

It's a bit unsettling how all these grown people are still eating off of this young woman who's been dead and gone for almost two decades. If she left kids behind I could see the need to keep releasing her stuff in order to make money to support them. But I don't think her family (who introduced her to a pedophile) should continue to prosper off her death. Doesn't feel right to me.

No she don't have no damn kids Lol its BARRY HANKERSON making his entire label roster suffer because He burns literally ever bridge with any and every one that he comes across and is obviously has absolutely no sense with very little brain left from obviously what else but heroin and crack. Her Mother is the boss AND Momnager and can always call the shots AND cut ties. stay tuned for the REAL announcement of Her first BOOK which is called "#AaliyahFiles" that the fake @barryhankerson trying to overshadow because it CANT BE BLOCKED FROM RELEASING TO STORES WORLDWIDE lol #enoughsaid

@11:20AM mister please feel free to Blame JOMO HANKERSON for that 1994 publicity stunt when he got caught in a lie at the last interview He was "booked" for when he said that they wanted Aaliyah & R. Kelly to be Faith & Biggie's competition just because Keith Crouch was making the most noise on earth out of everybody and was mad that R. Kelly illiterate ass created a yawning boring as shit album from being busy fucking the other girl that they thought was aaliyah because they dressed identical ONLY FOR EVERYBODY TO PAY THEM NO MIND AND WAS GETTING ALONG CAUSE THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR TROPHIES AND $TACK$ BACK IN THAT ONCE IN A LIFETIME DECADE KNOWN AS THE ONE AND ONLY 1990s lol Mr. Michael Haughton went right ahead andjust took MTV NEWS'S advice like "they got one mo muhfuckin time" after the press confused and mistaken Aaliyah the entire time as if she was the dyke bitch on the debut album that R. Kelly robbed credits of and broke all kind of promises with since 1991 just like Sparkle's ex-husband said with a straight face. #thefutureisfemale

MsMac....I so agree. I feel like this girls whole life was a profit. People don't see that though, people talk about her like she was the next Messiah. She's gone let her be, because as I remember that legacy she left behind was very troubled
