Earlier this month Real Housewives of Atlanta's Eva Sterling filed a motion to have her baby daddy, troubled R&B singer Kevin McCall's, case dismissed after he tried to challenge their current custody agreement [click here if you missed that].
Eva's motion has been granted...
According to reports this week Kevin's case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it was dismissed permanently.
Kevin was seeking joint custody and child support.
