Kevin McCall Misses Custody Case Deadline

Last month The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Sterling's baby daddy, troubled singer / songwriter Kevin McCall, was arrested at the Fulton County Courthouse after getting into a fight with sheriffs deputies ahead of his hearing in the bitter custody battle over daughter Marley Rae [click here if you missed that].

Now Eva wants the case tossed out...

According to reports Eva Sterling filed court docs to have Kevin's custody case dismissed after he missed the deadline to answer her latest motion.

Eva argues that LA, not Atlanta has jurisdiction over the case and that the current court order bars Kevin from being around Marley because of his violent tendencies.

Kevin is seeking joint custody and child support.

The ruling is pending.

@R In NYC, I sincerely doubt it. Crazy doesn't just appear like a thief in the night and out of thin air. I bet Eva either thought his antics were sexy when it didn't affect her directly (bad boy syndrome), thought all the other women before her were the problem or that she could fix him. Whatever the case she's stuck like Chuck now so good luck with that.

I feel sorry for her. Because the courts these days will let a crazy Muthafucka like Kevin out on the streets purposely to kill or destroy so they can catch him later. I wouldn’t be surprised if they let that fool near Marley.

Eva is lucky she's married to a lawyer, because it isn't an uncommon tactic for men to try to break women down or bankrupt them via frivolous lawsuits and trials. H Rap Brown discussed in his book how the FBI broke down the Black Panther Party the same way. The Feds knew they were bringing bs charges, and most of them were dismissed in court, but their tactic was to distract and bankrupt the members. I have a friend who is legally savvy and was well-known for dragging people to court for things who had done him wrong.
