Last month pro basketball player Dwight Howard filed for a summary judgment in the lawsuit filed against him by openly gay author Masin Elijé claiming his accuser failed to provide proof that Dwight threatened him after Masin refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement about their relationship [click here if you missed that].
Not so fast...
According to reports Masin has filed to have Dwight's motion dismissed claiming he submitted proof of his claims and proof that Dwight had been served with the evidence.
The ruling is pending.
