Michael Jackson Accusers Can Refile Claims
This week Wade Robeson and James Safechuck, the subjects of the HBO Michael Jackson documentary, 'Leaving Neverland', won an appeal allowing them to refile their lawsuits against Michael Jackson's estate...
Robeson and Safechuck's original lawsuit was thrown out because they were both over 26-years-old at the time of the filing [click here if you missed that], making them legally too old to report child molestation allegations.
After the age limit was raised to 40, Robeson and Safechuck filed for the right to appeal their prior ruling and won.
Robeson and Safechuck are seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.

Please drink the ocean. Your thirst for a money is making you look like the YT trash you are.
this is a bunch of bullshit and I am over these folks. This man is maggot food and they still "going in".. fuck out of here.. this is horrible.
The agenda is real, for real. Trying to milk from said deceased artist and black man. As they always do, say what you want about MJ. He was innocent and they knew it. He was tired of the game and unfortunately it led to this demise.
Let Michael rest in piece. These ass holes are lying. I cant stand these ass holes. Why didn't they come out with this stuff when he was alive. Leave the Jackson family alone. Oprah to.
When having a penchant for white folks goes wrong...this is what they will do to you...time and time again.
Don’t stop till you get enough
If you notice, none of the accusations they're seeking justice for involves or describes anything that has to do with child molestation or child endangerment....
They coming for ALL the Brothers. YT must don’t do sex crimes...
This ridiculous. I knew a few celebs in my groupie days.. would it be right for me to make up stuff and win just because I can prove that I actually knew them....NO.
They want the money honey!
