Michael Jackson Accusers Can Refile Claims

This week Wade Robeson and James Safechuck, the subjects of the HBO Michael Jackson documentary, 'Leaving Neverland', won an appeal allowing them to refile their lawsuits against Michael Jackson's estate...

Robeson and Safechuck's original lawsuit was thrown out because they were both over 26-years-old at the time of the filing [click here if you missed that], making them legally too old to report child molestation allegations.

After the age limit was raised to 40, Robeson and Safechuck filed for the right to appeal their prior ruling and won.

Robeson and Safechuck are seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
