Idris Elba's Netflix Series Canceled

Netflix pulls the plug Idris Elba's comedy series 'Turn Up Charlie...'

The series about a DJ turned nanny just didn't catch on and has been canceled after just one season.

Idris Elba starred as a down and out DJ who takes a job as the 'manny' for his famous friend's wild child daughter.

Idris was also the executive producer.

I didn't even know this existed. I would not have watched it anyway. It just doesn't sound interesting.

Curiosity has me checking this out on Netflix. Sounds like a silly plot.

He should have none this wasn't a good idea. That's not why folks want to see him. Netflix didn't use any advertising dollars to back this show. I didn't know it was on. Sounds corny anyway.

Network are in the business to make money, that shit sounded like it was a waste of money.

Watched a few episodes and just couldn't get into it. Plot was silly, boring and unrealistic.
