Good! Reddit is an racist incel/femcel cesspool!

Everyone knows how disgustingly racist Reddit is. Why not stay and do the hard work of cleaning up an organization you founded and profited from greatly that uplifts White Supremacy. Now you step down and put somebody Black in a seat at Reddit to fix your filthy organization that your children's children will reap the benefit of while you and generations to come sail into the sunset? How White of you!

Whoever fills this token Black role is on for a hell of a ride. There is not enough pay to deal with Reddit as a Black person in its offices. But you know some foolish Black person will go for the bs.

You peeped that too? White men will never learn.

What exactly is the point of him stepping down? As an owner, or co-founder, don't you have the ability to hire minorities of color within directorial or managerial leadership? Has the organization become so corrupt and racist that a founder has to announce his stepping down because he wants a black person to take his place? This all seems so strange and odd to me. We need ppl like him to remain in positions of management to ensure that our ppl are promoted and hired into leadership positions. His stepping down does nothing to erase the racism within his organization, nor does it guarantee that his replacement will be black. This decision was just irrational and idiotic. Makes me wonder if he was in the process of being fired by the board.

Must be a reason he's stepping down. Wish more white people in leadership positions would step down.... they too comfortable too often.

It's easier to fight them from the outside in. He knows he will have pushbacks from other stockholders and will be voted down. He's an owner, but doesn't state his majority share in the company. Stepping down is the best way to combat the problem. It won't get fixed with him being there. Sad, but true.

Co-signing with 10:28am. This is supposed show solidarity but he has taken the easy way out. He should stay and help clean up the mess he allowed to happen.

I never heard of this company. He should have been hiring minority's from day one if your job was to help ppl. My question is...Which ppl were you trying to help?

YT ppl just waking up is astonishing me. It hard to look at one self and admit your part of the problem.
