Nia Riley Suing Soulja Boy Over Miscarriage

Earlier this year Nia Riley told Youtube vlogger Tasha K that rapper Soulja Boy caused her to miscarry their child after a violent beating [click here if you missed that].

Now Nia is suing Soulja for damages using the pseudonym Jane Doe...

From TMZ

In docs, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims, while pregnant with [Soulja Boy's] child in 2015, he became irate and violent after a simple convo and began to punch her in the face and the chest until she could no longer stand on her feet.
She says the punches caused her to fall to the ground, where she curled her body to protect her stomach while using her hands to cover her head. She claims Soulja also kicked her all over her body, particularly in the stomach ... and claims soon after she suffered a miscarriage.
She claims there were other violent incidents. Like in 2017 ... Jane says Soulja flew into a violent rage ... punching her in the face and breasts. She says things got so bad Soulja's security had to pull him away from her. She claims Soulja was pissed because he thought she was leaving him.
She says a 2018 incident was caught on camera. Jane claims a conversation turned violent as he stood over her and began to physically attack and yell at her. She claims the night vision cameras used on the show captured the incident, which later aired on the WeTV network in early 2019.

Anything beyond the miscarriage incident in 2015, ole girl deserved. When someone shows you who they are, believe them. Anytime a man can physically assault and abuse you while pregnant is a big red flag that he doesn't love or respect you. And respect is just the minimum (Lauryn Hill)...

Wait, caused you to miscarry in 2015 yet you stayed. Beat you to a pulp in 2017, still you stayed. And again in 2018. Girl at some point you have to accept some responsibility for continuing to place yourself in that environment.

Poor Nia, she was a volunteer who must have liked getting Beat-up by that Coward who wouldn't Fight A Man to save his own life. After the miscarriage and prior ass whippings from Soulja Boy, she choose to STAY!!!

people that stay in abusive relationships often come from abusive childhoods. so its particularly cruel to dump on individuals who were raised with little to no sense of self worth rather than those that seek them out and further mistreat them. also, many abusers threaten to kill their partners if they leave. so while it's easy to say what you would do; its unhelpful and often unrealistic to the actual situation .
being scared to leave is not the same as choosing to stay
