Two years ago a New York City bartender filed a civil lawsuit against actor Cuba Gooding Jr. accusing him of pinching her butt and telling her a lewed joke after she served him a drink at Club Tao [click here if you missed that].
The alleged victim just won her case...
According to reports Natasha Ashworth was awarded a default judgement because Cuba never responded to her lawsuit.
Cuba is currently on trial facing sexual misconduct charges and more then a dozen women have come forward to testify with their own claims against him [click here if you missed that].
