Last month reality star Erica Mena filed for divorce from rapper Safaree after just two years of marriage and less than two weeks after announcing she was pregnant with their second child [click here if you missed that].

According to reports Safaree has responded to Erica's divorce petition and is seeking joint legal custody of the kids, after Erica requested primary custody. Safaree also is willing to let Erica stay in their marital home as long as his name is taken off the mortgage. Safaree also says he is willing to pay whatever child support is determined by the courts but he does NOT want Erica to receive any alimony.
