T.I. and Tiny Sexual Assault Case Dismissed

Earlier this year Atlanta rapper T.I. and his wife, Xscape singer Tiny Harris, where accused of being sexual predators by their former friend, Sabrina Peterson, triggering a floodgate of alleged victims coming forward and filing police reports [click here if you missed that].

A second case has just been dismissed...

In May a case filed in Las Vegas was dismissed because the statute of limitations had run out [click here if you missed that], and now the same thing has happened to a case in LA.

From CBS News

A Los Angeles judge declined to hear a case in which a woman accused rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny of sexually assaulting her in 2005, citing the expiration of the statute of limitations.
"Mr. and Mrs. Harris are pleased, but not surprised, by the district attorney's decision to dismiss these meritless allegations," their attorney said in a statement Thursday. "We appreciate the DA's careful review of the case and are grateful to be able to put the matter behind us and move on."

There are still several more accusers left to go.

Naw...they have merit. They just didn't file in time. That doesn't mean it didn't happen.

9:18 you saved me from typing too much

Straight facts....it got dismissed..don't mean that shit didn't happen. They're both two old, etc to even be in this type of predicament.
Now, TI should go away and never return. However, that's gonna be too much like right. They need to chill out tho..stuff may come back up

They knew the statue had passed the limitations when the attorneys created the media circus against T.I and Tiny. They failed to secure the necessary evidence, which is why they kept feeding the media tips trying to rally more victims that never existed. There was no evidence of rape and the women's stories were inconsistent.

Made it out unscathed this time, govern yourselves accordingly.

There are more accuser's. Lets see if some ones charges stick.
The problem I see is they were willing to act out with these two sexual deviants.

They're lucky there was a limitation on the time. With the #MeToo movement the limitation on sexual assaults might be extended in some states. I hope so. Not that it will affect these two, but other rapists like them might not be able to get away so easily.

You do not have to drug a willing participate. The accused all agreed they went to party. They did not agree to being poisoned and passed around. Inform and read these public transcript before making asinine and baseless comments. You sound like a rape apologist.
