Actor Jussie Smollett's last ditch effort to have his disorderly conduct case tossed out, fails...
On Friday a judge denied Jussie Smollett's motion to dismiss his felony disorderly conduct case, after his legal team argued that Somllett already performed community service and forfeited his $10,000 bond in a previous deal to drop the case.
In the end the judge sided with the special prosecutor and ruled that case can move forward.
Jussie is accused of making a false police report claiming he had been the victim of a hate crime [click here if you missed that].

He will get probation and a find. Lets move on. This story has lost the interest of the public.
Miss Jussie has learned his lesson. Career is in the proverbial toilet and no one is checking for him. He's might be back sleeping on his sister's couch.
Every time I see his name now, I read it like Joosey Smoolyay. Freaking Dave Chappelle.
TPerry will might give him a job as Medea's lost granddaughter.
